If you are not satisfied with your product or it arrives damaged, please let us know right away. Be sure to look over your product thoroughly! Remember to sign off that your product was damaged upon delivery. If damaged, please send us detailed pictures as soon as possible so we can work to fix your problem. If you are simply unhappy with your product, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we will do everything possible make things right. If you want to return your order, you may be eligible for a full refund minus a 20% re-stocking fee and round-trip shipping costs.
